• How much does it cost to hire a bin?

       We have different prices for different sizes and waste types. Prices include the bin hire , waste disposal

• Can the bin be placed on the nature strip or the roadway?

       Bins can be placed here, however a council permit will be required. We can apply for this on your behalf.

       All applicable fees will be payable by you. Please allow 2 weeks for council to process a permit

       application.

• What size bins do you have?

       We have different sizes ranging from 2 cubic metres to 6 cubic metres. Click here to see our

• How long can I keep the bin?

       Our hire period is for up to 5 days. If you need the bin for additional time we do our best to 

       accommodate this. Extra days of hire are charged at $20 per day.

• How do I pay for the bin?

       You can pay the driver with cash, EFTPOS or credit card on delivery, or by credit card over the phone when

       placing the order. We don’t actually debit the card until the morning of delivery. We accept Mastercard or

       Visa.
 

• What can I put in the bin?

       Materials that can be placed in the bins are listed here  . If incorrect waste types are added to the bin, you

       will be required to remove them prior to bin collection, or pay an additional fee to cover tip charges. 
      Materials that cannot go into our bins under any circumstances are: asbestos, flammable liquid/oil, 

       gas bottles, car batteries, tree stumps greater than 30cm in diameter.

• How much can I put in the bin?

  The bin cannot be filled passed the top of the bin for safety reasons. If the bin is overfilled, you will be required to remove the items prior to bin collection. We may be able to supply an additional bin for this extra waste at short notice. Charges apply.

• Do you do same day delivery?

       If you call us first thing in the morning, and it is possible to get the bin to you of course we will. However, it

       is always best to try and place your order at least the day before to avoid any disappointment.

• What days do you deliver?

  Delivery days are Monday through to Saturday.

​

• Do your bins have a ramp?

       Our 2 cubic metre bins have a ramp for easy wheelbarrow access.

       This is often convenient if you want to carry and place material, rather than throwing it in.
